Q. Do you just do simple websites or do you do more complex ones as well?

A. Generally we focus on creating straighforward brochure-style sites and simple shopping websites for individuals and small businesses. Q. How long does it take for you to create me a new website?

A. The time taken will depend on the complexity and size of the website. It will also depend on the quality of images and text provided. For a simple, 3-photo site we can usually have it ready within 21 days of receiving the images and text.

We are happy to provide an accurate time estimate with all of our orders and quotes.

Q. Can you set me up an 'online store'?

Q. I want a website but I really don't know that much about computers and the Internet?

A. That's ok. You really don't need to! We take care of everything for you - all we need is the pictures and words you want on your website and we will take care of everything else. We pride ourselves on being friendly and approachable - we won't try to confuse you with technical talk.

Q. If I type in keywords into a search engine like google, my site doesn't come up.

A. Google (and other search engines) have a complex way of deciding which websites to show, (see http://www.google.com.au/webmasters/4.html ) the main deciding factor at the moment is the number and quality of websites linking to yours. Doing a link search (as described on the page above) of the top listed websites shows them to have dozens of links from other websites.

Many small businesses are having good success with google adwords, where they are listed in the searches, but pay a nominated amount, say 15 cents, only when someone clicks on the ad. See here for more information.
